
December, 2006 – The Nashua Bar Association elected Rick Gagliuso President-elect of the Association for 2007. Rick will assume the role of President of the Nashua Bar in 2008.
November 16, 2006 – Kelly Gagliuso participated as a panelist in a seminar on construction law sponsored by the National Business Institute at the Highlander Inn in Manchester. Kelly's presentation focused on mechanic's liens in New Hampshire.
November 3, 2006 – Rick and Kelly Gagliuso presented the New Hampshire Bar Association's seminar entitled, Construction Law: Beyond Hammer and Nails, at the new Bar Center in Concord.
October 26, 2006 – Corey Giroux attended a seminar sponsored by the Construction Industry Forum of the American Bar Association on Fundamentals of Construction Law in Washington, D.C.
October 12 & 13, 2006 – Rick and Kelly Gagliuso traveled to Scottsdale, Arizona to participate in the annual conference of the Construction Industry Forum of the American Bar Association. The conference focused on Selected Issues in Construction Law .
June 2006 – Rick Gagliuso represented the New Hampshire/Vermont chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors at its annual legislative conference in Washington, D.C. With other board members, Rick met with members of New Hampshire's congressional delegation to discuss legislative initiatives of interest to the construction industry.
March 2006 – in his role as national board member for the New Hampshire/Vermont chapter, Rick Gagliuso attended the national board of directors meeting of Associated Builders and Contractors in Las Vegas, Nevada.
January 2006 – At the annual meeting of the New Hampshire/Vermont chapter in January 2006, Rick Gagliuso was elected to serve as one of two national board members representing the New Hampshire/Vermont chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.
December 2005 – Corey Giroux joined the firm. Corey is a New Hampshire native and a graduate of Hamilton College and Boston University School of Law.
