After practicing with larger firms for several years, Rick and Kelly Gagliuso founded Gagliuso & Gagliuso Professional Association in 1995. The Firm was established with the objective of combining legal work of the highest quality in narrow practice areas with responsive personal service.
Although the Firm has attracted clients ranging from high tech companies to professional firms, and from national retailers to insurance carriers, the focus of its practice has sharpened further and today its work is largely concentrated in construction. The Firm counts among its regular clients several large commercial general contractors and construction managers as well as suppliers and subcontractors representing virtually all construction trades. The Firm also represents sureties, owners and design professionals when the occasion arises. Its construction clients are based throughout New Hampshire and New England, and include national concerns with business interests in New Hampshire.
The Firm also enjoys an active media practice which includes libel and privacy litigation, prepublication review, privilege issues and access to public records and proceedings. Its clients include the newspaper publishers, periodicals and Internet-based media.
Although construction and media work comprise a substantial portion of the practice, the Firm continues to represent clients in general business litigation matters as well as corporate and transactional work. The Firm serves as general counsel for companies across a broad spectrum of the New Hampshire business community.
