Kelly Gagliuso will join the Board of Directors of the Daniel Webster Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Combining sophisticated legal services with close personal attention, Gagliuso & Gagliuso embodies the vision of its founders to create a focused law practice built on a foundation of integrity, competence and service.
Our practice is substantially devoted to commercial clients and is concentrated in construction, business and media law. We represent business concerns of all types and sizes. Although contractors, suppliers and the construction trades comprise a large percentage of the firm’s clientele, our clients include a diverse range of business organizations.
Our philosophy is simple: We strive to be part of the solution, and not part of the problem. Our years of experience have made it clear to us that litigation should often be considered a last resort. The interests of our clients are usually best served by resolving legal issues efficiently, creatively and economically. Approaching cases practically and resolving them early has served us and our clients well. Consistent with our commitment to this practical philosophy, we are strong proponents of preventive legal counseling. Crafting appropriate procedures, agreements and documentation geared toward minimizing disputes can often be the key to avoiding them.
It is important to recognize, however, that litigation is sometimes the only option, or the best strategic choice for our clients. Our litigation experience is extensive and we are well situated to protect the interests of our clients during all phases of the process, including claims analysis, discovery and trial. The firm regularly represents clients in all state and federal courts in New Hampshire. As an alternative to litigation, commercial mediation and arbitration play an equally important role in our practice.
